Owner/Founder/Inspector Ryan got his degree from SUNY Cortland. Shortly after, Ryan pursued his Master’s Degree at the State University of Albany. Shortly after attaining his Master’s Degree, Ryan accepted a position as FireFighter in his hometown, a career he has always wanted to pursue. While on the fire department, Ryan’s interest for building construction really grew, and he bought his first multi-family home shortly after becoming a firefighter. Several properties later, Ryan is no stranger to both building construction as well as the pro’s and con’s of homes in regard to being a home buyer. With knowledge of residential home systems and his experience as a firefighter, Ryan brings several qualities to your home inspection such as professionalism, thoroughness, and especially SAFETY.
